TikTok influencer Harrison Sullivan was taken into custody following avoiding law enforcement for nearly a year related to reported driving offences.
The 24-year-old, known as Harrison Sullivan, had a warrant from Surrey Police for missing a legal hearing after a collision in Surrey's Virginia Water in spring 2024.
Authorities had previously issued an public call for leads after the driver of a supercar linked to a collision with a different vehicle fled the location.
The influencer, who missed a court appearance in November, had since posted content on social media from Qatar.
A announcement from the police force on the start of the week stated: "A young man from Essex was arrested on Friday for failing to appear at a legal proceeding for reckless operation of a vehicle.
"The individual appeared at a local court on the weekend and is being held prior to a further court appearance at another court on early next week."
The court verified that allegations comprised not stopping after an incident, driving while using a mobile phone, and operating a vehicle lacking proper coverage.
